BADGE SUCCESS – EYEBROOK 27 AUG. 2011

I am sure you will all join with me in congratulating Vernon Wood for achieving his 35yd badge, and this in the less than ideal conditions of a changeable breeze, together with a high backcast being required. This was not a one shot wonder as several casts were beyond this excellent distance, in spite of some not too wonderful health recently and a consequent lack of practise. Keep up the good work Vernon!
