There is plenty of space with extensive grounds totalling 175 acres which can be used for a multitude of events; car shows, craft fairs, dog shows, team building activities and large performance shows to name a few.

An ideal location for attracting many visitors, with excellent road links situated only half a mile off the A14 at junction 22. The A14 links with the A1, M1, M11 and M6. This allows easy access from the North and South, along with the West Midlands and the East Coast.

The nearest train station is Huntingdon which is on the main line from London, Kings Cross and is approximately 2.5 miles from the racecourse.
