I joined the BFCC last October at Brentwood and I have done quite a bit of practice over the winter, as and when dark evenings/weather allowed. I look forward to meeting the BFCC representatives again. Do you know yet if there will be a club competition at Newark this year? I will be attending the show with my son who lives in Leeds. He has only flyfished twice and not caught anything on a fly yet, so I would like him to see decent casters in action and for him to have some tuition. I know that I have benefitted considerably from what I have learnt so far from the BFCC, and I am certain he will benefit too. We intend being at the show on the Saturday, and in order to make a weekend of it we will be having a day at Toft Newton on the Sunday.
